We already adopts very high standards of cleanliness of accommodation recognized by guests (Cleanliness from Booking.com reviews: 9.9 out of 10).
Following the Covid-19 health emergency, we have taken additional measures to prevent possible infections. In particular:
- Guests' temperature control upon entering the facility
- Possibility of washing or sanitizing hands upon entering the facility
- Remote check-in and credit card payments
- Entrance into the facility and the single room ebtirely Contactless (with electronic card) and frequent sanitation of the handle of the entrance door
- Linen sanitized with chlorine
- Daily disinfection of points or objects of frequent use in the rooms (switches, handles, minibar, desk, remote controls, safe etc ...)
- Prolonged air change in the room
- Disinfection of the bathroom and bedroom floors at each guest change.
- Upon request, abolition of the daily cleaning service to prevent third persons from entering the room
