PAYMENT SCHEDULE

₺1110 of the total amount is due at the time of booking.
The remaining balance must be paid 3 days before arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

100% of payments made are refundable if cancelled at least 5 days before arrival.
₺1110 of payments made are refundable if cancelled at least 4 days before arrival.
No refund will be issued for cancellations made after this period.

 SECURITY DEPOSIT

No security deposit is required.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservations can be cancelled up to 7 days before the arrival date, with a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit paid for the stay.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival date, as well as no-shows, will result in a charge of the full amount of the stay.

ALL RATES, EXCEPT WEEKLY AND MONTHLY RATES, INCLUDE:

- Bed linen changed every three days.
- Room cleaning (10:30 AM – 1:30 PM), free of charge upon request.
- Italian breakfast served at Picolo Ristoro Café, located 20 metres from the property. Breakfast includes coffee (or a similar beverage) or tea, a pastry of your choice, and rusks with jam or Nutella.
- Coffee pods provided for the coffee machines in the common area.
- Tea and herbal infusions provided for the kettle in the room.

LUGGAGE STORAGE IS AVAILABLE BEFORE CHECK-IN AND AFTER CHECK-OUT

(until 1:30 PM at the latest):
- Small bags(up to 5 kg): free of charge.

- Large bags: €3 per bag.

SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED DOGS ARE WELCOME

(maximum 1 dog per room, weighing up to 15 kg).
An additional fee of €12 per stay applies for deep cleaning and disinfection of the room.
